The facts without the fluff
A fine escape! Gorgeous beach views, and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts and fantastic sunset views. While isolated, a peaceful atmosphere and nearby dining options offset the distance to the main town. Just ensure you have enough cash, as ATMs are only accessible on the main island.

Romantic small hotel in marvellous location right in front of the beach. Plenty of reasonably priced options for meal. Brand-new & modern room with a terrace. Location near phi phi island, and South Africa...

A beautiful but buggy getaway
The beach was a treasure, and our room was spacious and inviting. We enjoyed relaxing by the clean pool, and the staff were friendly and inviting.
Unfortunately, we faced pest issues and a dining mishap with our meals. The lack of vegetarian options made dining more challenging than expected.

Location, posh restaurant, staff
When selling rooms there is no information that the hotel is three-level, there are rooms actually on the mountain about 1000m from the reception.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and nothing was ever too hard. Lovely bungalows, great pool, beautiful beach - excellent place to stay! There's almost nothing to do, which is why you stay here. Peaceful, relaxing, divine!

great getaway but a bit isolated
The location is fine, providing easy access to beautiful beaches. The staff were attentive and helpful. The seaside restaurant offered delicious meals. I particularly loved the garden view from my room!

The hotel is far from the main port on Phi Phi and the only way to get to the hotel is the boat which you have to charter. The hotel offers to arrange the boat for you, but it is more expensive than just walking to one of the boat owners and asking for the price yourself.

Perfect for a peaceful getaway
The staff were super cute upon arrival, always available to help. I loved the breakfast with great Thai food options, a nice start to each day.
It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, worth every penny.

Request a room on a lower floor to avoid the steep hill climb, particularly if you're traveling with luggage.

I loved the scenery at Erawan Palms Resort. The beach views are fine. The outdoor pool was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. My room was spacious with a comfy king-sized bed. Breakfast offered a good variety, but I expected more fresh fruit. I did find the WiFi frustrating. It disconnected often. The location is beautiful but very isolated. That made things difficult when we arrived late and had to find an expensive longboat. The beds in my room were hard, leading to some uncomfortable nights. I also encountered a few bugs, typical for a tropical location. I felt the resort's charm was slightly overshadowed by the inconveniences, but I can still appreciate its beauty and the friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful. The boat from Tonsai beach left without us and we had to take a longtail boat to the hotel (there are no roads on Phi Phi Island). They refunded us the cost of the boat that left us behind. This never happened before though, the boat from the hotel to Tonsai was there every morning on time.
It's too far away from everything, we had to go to Tonsai beach to find cheaper food and cheaper tour services. If you stay here, do not book tours from them, the prices are insane.

The best that comes to my mind would be that you can both view the sunrise and sunset from the sea horizon, perfect experience, better with your lover accompanied.
Don't have many choices for meals, only a few restaurant near.
